MIL-STD-2361C (NOTICE 1), DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE INTERFACE STANDARD: DIGITAL PUBLICATIONS DEVELOPMENT (09 JUL 2010)., MIL-STD-2361C, dated 15 Oct 2004, establishes the StandardGeneralized Markup Language (SGML) and the ExtensibleMarkup Language (XML) requirements for use by the Army andMarine Corps in their digital publications. The other DoDservices and agencies are invited to use this standard withthe purpose of providing a standardized set of SGML/XMLpublishing constructs for total DoD use.
