【摘要】:ThisclauseofPart1isreplacedbythefollowing.ThisInternationalStandarddealswiththesafetyofelectricblankets,padsandotherflexibleappliancesthatheatthebedorhumanbody,forhouseholdandsimilarpurposes,theirratedvoltagebeingnotmorethan250V.Thisstandardalsoappliestocontrolunitssuppliedwiththeappliance.Asfarasispracticable,thisstandarddealswiththecommonhazardspresentedbyappliancesthatareencounteredbyallpersonsinandaroundthehome.However,ingeneral,itdoesnottakeintoaccount–theuseofappliancesbyyoungchildrenorinfirmpersonswithoutsupervision;–playingwiththeappliancebyyoungchildren.
