【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesparticularrequirementsforendovasculardevices.Withregardtosafety,thisstandardgivesinadditiontoENISO14630,requirementsforintendedperformance,designattributes,materials,designevaluation,manufacturing,sterilization,packagingandinformationsuppliedbythemanufacturer.NOTE1Vascularoccludersarenotaddressedinthisstandard.ForthetimebeingtherequirementsasstatedinENISO14630:1997applyfortheseproducts.NOTE2Duetothevariationsinthedesignoftheimplantscoveredbythisstandardandinsomecasesduetotherelativelyrecentdevelopmentofsomeoftheseimplants,acceptablestandardizedinvitrotestsandlongtermresultsofclinicaltrialsarenotalwaysavailable.Wherenotestmethodisdescribedinthisstandardacompletedescriptionofthevalidatedtestmethodandsamplepreparationprocedureusedshouldbedocumentedbythemanufacturer.Withregardtodesignevaluation,whereaspecificstandardizedtestisnotdescribed,guidanceisgivenbyreferringtocurrentscientificliterature(seeAnnexA).Thisstandardaimstoensurethatmanufacturerswilladdressallaspectsofdesignevaluationthatrelatetothesafetyoftheproduct.Asfurtherscientificandclinicaldatabecomeavailable,appropriaterevisionofthestandardwillbenecessary.
