【摘要】:ThispracticeisintendedtoamplifyGuideE1239andtocomplementGuideE1384bydetailingtheobjectsthatmakeupthereservation,registration,admitting,discharge,andtransfer(RADT)functionaldomainofthecomputer-basedrecordofcare(CPR).AsidentifiedinGuideE1239,thisdomainisseminaltoallpatientrecordandancillarysystemfunctions,includingmessagingfunctionsusedintelecommunications.Forexample,itisapplicabletoclinicallaboratoryinformationmanagementsystems,pharmacyinformationmanagementsystems,andradiology,orotherimagemanagement,informationmanagementsystems.Theobjectmodelterminologyisusedtobecompatiblewithothernationalandinternationalstandardsforhealthcaredataandinformationsystemsengineeringortelecommunicationsstandardsappliedtohealthcaredataorsystems.Thispracticeisintendedforthosefamiliarwithmodelingconcepts,systemdesign,andimplementation.Itisnotintendedforthegeneralcomputeruserorasaninitialintroductiontotheconcepts.
